The Responsibilities For This Role Will Include
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices
- Posing payments, processing ACH transfers
- Monitoring AR aging detail for multiple entities
- Month-end closing
- General ledger accounting
- Collections on past-due invoices
- Open and sorting incoming mail
- 5 years in a bookkeeping role
- QuickBooks experience a plus
