A well-established software company, currently experiencing substantial growth, is confidentially seeking an Accounting Manager to join its team. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Accounting and is primarily responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of accounting operations, while also contributing to broader general accounting initiatives. The position plays a key role in managing daily accounting functions, developing and maintaining internal controls, and supporting business process improvements as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams and manage daily operations.
- Supervise the preparation of financial statements and ensure accurate reporting.
- Lead the month-end close process, including balance sheet reconciliations, trial balance reviews, and financial statement preparation.
- Assist with the quarterly review and annual audit process in collaboration with external auditors.
- Ensure timely preparation and maintenance of accounting records, monthly close activities, and variance analysis.
- Oversee budget preparation, establish budgetary controls, and conduct ongoing financial forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
