The Responsibilities For This Accounts Payable Specialist Role Include
- Full cycle accounts payable processing, matching to purchase orders and non- purchase orders
- Assist with weekly AP check runs
- Account reconciliations
- Ad hoc projects and analysis
- 2 years of full cycle accounts payable experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working with QuickBooks or QuickBooks online is highly preferred
