The Responsibilities For The Accounts Payable Specialist Will Include
- Full Cycle Accounts Payable processing
- Communicating directly with vendors on AP related discrepancies, research and resolve vendor questions and payment timelines
- Maintaining and updating vendor accounts
- Assisting with month end close duties
- Assist with monthly expense report processing
- Minimum Associates Degree, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
- 2 years of full cycle accounts payable invoicing experience
- Experience using QuickBooks or larger ERP systems (Great Plains, Netsuite, SAP, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills required
