AR Analyst

An industry leading company has an opening for a AR Analyst to join their team in Middlesex County. The AR Analyst will report to the Manager & have the primary responsibility of assisting with full cycle AR duties.

Up to $36/HR DOE. THE COMPANY WILL BE UNABLE TO SPONSOR.

The role REQUIRES someone to be onsite 5 days per week.

Job Description

• Manage and analyze data from various sources, with the ability to interpret and provide insights.
• Responsible for generating accurate and timely invoices.
• Handle collections by following up with customers to ensure payments are received (with minimal outstanding balances).
• Experience with revenue cutoff procedures is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail in processing and managing tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales and other departments.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
