KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a growing company in Concord, NH who is searching for a Bookkeeper/Accountant. This role is going to be part time, about 25 hours a week and report to the Founders. This is a hybrid position (Must be local to NH, or MA) with in office meetings throughout the year.

- Maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expenses.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
- Assist with payroll and staff payments.
- Track membership payments, vendor invoices, and expenses.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Support budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations.
- 5 years in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance.
- Proficient in QuickBooks or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
