Responsibilities
- Work closely with portfolio managers to track and execute client project plans, ensuring all deliverables meet expectations and deadlines.
- Assist in client communications, including drafting emails, preparing reports, and responding to inquiries.
- Create customized client presentations incorporating key financial data, portfolio performance insights, and wealth planning updates.
- Proofread reports, presentations, and investment summaries to ensure accuracy and proper formatting.
- Support various client-specific projects and assist in producing investment materials.
- Provide trading support as needed.
- Maintain and update financial data, ensuring accuracy in client records and reporting.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of investments, key industry terminology, and financial concepts.
- Work collaboratively within a team while also exercising independent judgment when needed.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities in a detail-oriented and professional manner.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2-5 years of experience in investment advisory, client services, or investor relations.
- Strong interest and aptitude in client service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with investing, tax, and estate planning concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
