A legal firm in Boston is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their team. The Billing Specialist will report to the E-Billing Manager and will be the primary contact for the billing of attorneys and clients.
This is an onsite role in Boston.
Salary for this role can pay up to $65k.
Responsibilities
- Monthly pro forma selections and completing attorney edits on pro formas
- Ensuring guideline compliance
- Final billing submission of invoices
- Accounts receivable follow up with clients
Qualifications
- 1 years of billing experience preferably within a law firm
- Bachelors degree within a business related field
- Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Elite Billing Software
