Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing daily inquiries and providing timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address client concerns, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Provide insights on client trends and suggest automated solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support client onboarding, conversions, reporting, and analysis to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review pending items and improve platform utilization.
- Assist in preparing agendas, minutes, and meeting coordination.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and best practices while identifying opportunities to enhance risk controls.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
