We are working with large, publicly traded company in Westford, MA who is actively seeking a Director of Accounting Operations to join their team. We need someone with prior Financial Shared Services leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee AP, Travel & Entertainment, and Data Quality
- Analyzing existing workflows
- Managing the teams metrics and performance
- Work with the global accounting team
- Ongoing process improvement work
Qualifications
- BS in accounting, finance, or related field
- Prior experience with process improvement/automation
- Large company experience is a must (above 500M in rev)
- Oracle and NetSuite, must have at least one
Compensation Package: Up to $195K depending on experience plus bonus & RSUs
