- Financial Planning and Reporting
- Forecasting of key metrics
- Manage internal and external relationships and partner with operations
- Strategic financial planning for the company
- Implement processes and controls for optimal operation
- Prior exposure to Federal Acquisitions Regulations
- Experience in a leadership role in a specialized manufacturer
- Ability to negotiate contracts and change orders
- Understanding of DCAA audit requirements
