Our client has an established presence across multiple states in the Northeast and is growing rapidly through recent acquisitions, targeting another 4-5 acquisitions for 2025.
This Sr. Financial Analyst position offers broad exposure to FP&A, M&A, corporate strategy, and financial reporting, all within a lean, hands-on environment. Responsibilities For The Sr. Financial Analyst
- Support leadership on financial planning and analysis to drive key business decisions
- Provide detailed budget vs. actual reporting and variance analysis for SG&A cost centers
- Prepare financial models, forecasts, and strategic reports to assist in decision-making
- Evaluate potential acquisition opportunities, including data analysis and quality of earnings reviews
- Create compelling dashboards, presentations, and board materials that summarize financial performance and key metrics
- Lead project management efforts for acquisition candidates, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Partner cross-functionally with executives and department heads to deliver insightful financial reporting and recommendations
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance function
- Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed by senior management
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 4 years of relevant experience in FP&A working for a PE Backed or large revenue sized organization
- Proven ability to analyze SG&A cost centers, deliver budget vs. actual reporting, and assist in risk analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience working with mid-large ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance audiences
