Lead Accountant

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a local client in the Springfield, MA area that is searching for an Accountant. Our client is very motivated to hire and is seeking a candidate that can start immediately. This a contract opportunity.

The responsibilities for the Accountant will include but will not be limited to:

• Investment reporting
• Investment reconciliations
• Banking
• Prepare journal entries
• Grant reporting
• Financial statement prep and reporting
  
  

The ideal candidate for the Accountant should have experience that meets the following requirements:

• 5 years of experience
• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
