What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager of FP&A position at KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting?
A PE-backed SaaS company in the heart of Boston is actively recruiting for a Manager of FP&A to join their team. The Manager of FP&A should have some prior management experience as well as time spent in a SaaS environment. The Manager of FP&A will report to the Sr. Director of Finance.
This role will pay up to $150k plus bonus and equity.
This is a hybrid role reporting onsite 3x per week, with 2 days worked from home.
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis on recurring and ad hoc business metrics and present findings to management team
- Build out and maintain complex financial models
- Manage corporate business unit financial planning including budgeting and forecasting
- Assist with month end close processes
- Advise on process improvements as seen fit
Qualifications
- 8 years in FP&A/SaaS
- Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field
- Workday Adaptive Planning experience preferred
- Expert Excel user
