KBW has teamed up with a large life sciences company, in the Boston area, in need of a Payroll Administrator / Analyst. The Payroll Administrator / Analyst will be responsible for payroll operations, tax, and compliance. The Payroll Administrator / Analyst will report to the Payroll Manager and be responsible for the following:

KBW has teamed up with a large life sciences company, in the Boston area, in need of a Payroll Administrator / Analyst. The Payroll Administrator / Analyst will be responsible for payroll operations, tax, and compliance. The Payroll Administrator / Analyst will report to the Payroll Manager and be responsible for the following:
- Processing of payrolls in both the US and Canada
- Distribution of payroll and quality control reports
- Payroll compliance and audits
- Resolving payroll tax issues and processing payroll taxes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Work with employees and managers on payroll issues
- Work closely with IT/HRIS groups on payroll system enhancements
- 5 years of payroll experience
- Excellent communications skills
- Experience processing payrolls in multi-states (US) and Canada
- Previous experience with tax resolution / processing of payroll tax
- Strong Microsoft Excel including Pivot tables and Lookups
