Payroll and Benefit Specialist

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a company in the greater Springfield, MA area that is searching for a Payroll/Benefit Specialist. Our client is very motivated to hire and is seeking a candidate that can start immediately. This a contract opportunity.

The responsibilities for the Payroll/Benefits Specialist will include but will not be limited to:

• Oversee and review payroll
• Address payroll discrepancies
• New hire onboarding
• Assist employees with benefits
  
  

The ideal candidate for the Payroll/Benefit Specialist should have experience that meets the following requirements:

• 3 years experience
• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge in benefits administration
