A publicly traded technology company near Chelmsford is actively seeking a Payroll Specialist for their team. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for payroll processing and managing outsourced payroll.
This role is fully in office.
Compensation for this role is up to $90k plus bonus and equity.
Responsibilities
- Review preliminary payroll reports from payroll providers
- Manage payroll mailbox
- Prepare payroll reports for management and auditing purposes
- Prepare payroll journal entries and reconciliations
- Collect employee and payroll data from HR
Qualifications
- ADP related applications experience preferred
- Degree in finance/accounting or a related field
- Ability to perform VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables within Excel
- Experience in managing outsourced payroll administration
