What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruitment Manager position at KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting?
The role of the Recruiting Manager 1 is to train and develop on the recruiting function by learning through Management. The Recruiting Manager 1 will source, screen, interview and place candidates through prospecting, cold-calling, networking and generating leads and referrals. They will also collaborate with Business Development Managers and Branch Managers.
Recruiting
- Learn to prospect for new candidates through various methods such as CRM database, LinkedIn, Monster, Facebook, and other online social media tools, networking events and established business relationships
- Establish rapport through meetings and conversations
- Proactively initiate email, text and phone communications to prospective candidates
- Provide professional, timely and consistent follow up with candidates
- Learn how to identify and share leads discovered through the interview process, reference checks, networking events and other candidate conversations
Candidate management and development
- Partner with candidates to understand their job search needs and requirements and create an outstanding candidate experience
- By the direction, guidance and review of Management:
- Qualify candidates by conducting face-to-face interviews, test and reference checks
- Determine appropriate candidate to submit to clients based on credentials and experience
- Counsel, advise, and coach candidate while on assignment
- Negotiate salaries and rates of pay while extending offers of employment with your candidates
- Terminate employees when needed
- Cold call candidates to promote positions
- Shadow Business Development and other Recruiting/Sales functions as needed to align with professional development
Administrative
- Provide the highest level of customer service
- Manage quality control, document issues and resolve or notify management when necessary
- Maintain a level of activity conducive to achieving growth expectations by meeting and exceeding goals set by
- Work independently and collaboratively as a reliable team member to ensure goals are met on a daily and weekly basis
- Availability and flexibility to work remote, as well as, evenings/weekends as needed for recruitment activities
- Perform off-site interviews as needed
Education and Experience
- Bachelor Degree and / or minimum of 1 years’ experience
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
