Large, publicly-traded real estate company is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to add to their team. The Senior Internal Auditor will work closely with the VP of Internal Audit and lead both financial and operational audit projects ensuring compliance with industry standards, company policies, and SOX-404 guidelines.

- Lead audit projects to identify areas of risk and material weakness
- Create global test plans for various areas of finance and operations
- Ensure compliance with SOX-404
- Work closely with department heads and VP of Internal Audit on strategic initiatives
- Assist with improving processes and creating solutions for inefficiencies as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- CPA or CIA desired
- 3-6 years of experience
- Public accounting experience is highly preferred
- Strong communication and attention to detail
