- Manage daily activity and month end close for a portfolio of assigned properties
- Pay invoices in a timely manner
- Create and post journal entries
- Perform general ledger maintenance and reconciliations
- Prepare accrual-based financial reporting packages monthly
- 1 years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Excel and Accounting software proficiency
