Global life sciences company is seeking a Tax Manager to add to their team. This role will be involved in both domestic and international taxation. We are targeting candidates with 6 years of tax compliance, reporting, and planning. CPA and/or MST is highly desired.

- Manage tax compliance and planning process for domestic and international subsidiaries
- Support federal and state tax, property tax, and non-recurring tax matters
- Understanding of tax legislation and regulatory changes
- Partner with various departments including Legal, Finance, and Regulatory
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS
- Support tax audits
- Bachelor's degree required, CPA and/or MST highly preferred
- 6-10 in taxation, preferably with some public accounting experience
- Exposure biotech / pharma, manufacturing, and similar industry
- Strong attention to detail and team player
