VP of Finance

We are working with a PE-backed, SaaS company in Boston, MA who is actively seeking an VP of Finance to join their team. SaaS/Tech/Software industry experience is required for this role. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Core FP&A including budgeting and forecasting
• Analyzation of performance metrics and KPI
• Business partnering with multiple departments
• Oversight of cash flow and capital management
• Assisting with M&A activity and due diligence
  
  

Qualifications

• 10 years of FP&A experience
• SaaS/Tech/Software industry experience is required for this role
• Must have strong experience building out processes/teams
• M&A experience is a big plus
• Strong financial modeling experience required
  
  

Compensation Package: Up to 250K plus large bonus (10-20%)
