Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with behavioral challenges. This role requires a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, as well as the ability to collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to promote positive behavioral changes.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' behavioral needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions based on applied behavior analysis techniques.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare professionals, to support clients' overall development.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavior management strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collect and analyze research data to inform treatment decisions and improve service delivery.
- Stay current with developments in the field of behavior analysis and special education.
