Operations Manager

INTRODUCTION

KC Clean currently offers carpet care services, tile and grout cleaning, limited janitorial services, swimming pool service, repair and renovations. During the past ten years, KC Clean has built a reputation of offering quality care and friendly services at competitive prices.

We are currently looking for an individual to assist with the growth and development of this ten-year-old service company. We are not looking for someone to sit behind a desk, we are looking for someone who wants to be a leader. A roll-up your sleeves and get busy type of person. Someone who understands the mentality of building a team and leading by example.

This individual will be working directly with Ownership to learn the various aspects of the business and ultimately oversee operations while continuing to develop this service business. They will have input and interaction that will help shape the future of not only the operations but KC Clean as a whole.

This candidate must come to work each day with a smile on their face, a great attitude and a pleasant but confident disposition. We would like to find someone that is extremely organized and capable of building a team atmosphere. At KC Clean, we offer a variety of small service offerings for both residential and commercial clients. Our current offerings include:

We work directly with individuals, businesses, and property managers. Our services are built on a relationship basis meaning we work diligently to meet and exceed our customers expectations. We do this consistently from our first job of the day to our last. We see it is our expectation to provide these services repeatedly to our customers as we work to secure their current and future business. RESPONSIBILITIES

There are few opportunities available in today’s world where recent graduates can step into a business and rapidly become involved in direct oversight while having valuable input regarding operations. This business is in transition from a home-based business to a stand-alone business and you can be a vital part of this transition.

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed
