Who are we hiring?
We are hiring for members of the Teal Team (hype) team who will perform at every KC Current home match during the 2025 season at CPKC Stadium in addition to other club events.
What will you do?
This high-energy hype squad will interact with fans, launch t-shirts into the crowd, assist with on-field and in-stands promotions, run giant flags onto the pitch, work with the club's Supporter Group to pump up the crowd, hand out giveaways and more!
What do you need to succeed?
Required
- At least 18 years of age.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with large groups of fans.
- Have a positive and high-energy attitude.
- Collaborative and ability to work well with a team.
- Punctual, reliable and want to be a part of the best fan experience in the NWSL.
- Must be able to work at least 80% of matches, inclusive of weekends and nights at CPKC Stadium.
