As a Lead Access Control Technician , you will be responsible for leading installation teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and providing technical expertise for access control, security, and surveillance system projects. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee the installation, programming, and maintenance of access control, CCTV, and security systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure proper installation.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on access control hardware, wiring, and software.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project completion.
- Supervise and train junior technicians to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards, local codes, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations, service calls, and maintenance activities.
- Provide on-site customer support and training on system operations.
