Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Payroll Administrator located in Schaumburg, IL. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing payroll processes, administering employee benefits, implementing HR policies, and ensuring HRIS data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and Payroll Administration skills
- Experience with Employee Benefits and HR Policies
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Certification in Payroll or Human Resources is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
