Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Director of Business Development located in Schaumburg, IL. The Regional Director will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to new business development, business planning, lead generation, contract negotiation, and account management.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Business Planning skills
- Lead Generation and Contract Negotiation skills
- Account Management skills
- Strong negotiation and networking abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in the pallet industry or logistics is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Monday to Friday 6 : 30 a.m to 4 : 30 p.m
- Every other Saturday
