Responsibilities for our Laborers/Material Managers include:
- As directed by the Project Manager, pick up and deliver all material required for the project and ensure that all material is in good working order.
- Ensure the job site is clean the day prior to the start of the job and take accurate pictures of site conditions and upload to the Construction Management platform by the close of the workday.
- Ensure accurate inventory of all supplies on hand.
- Ensure tool inventory is maintained, tracked and all loaned tools are returned in the condition in which they were issued and immediately report any issues to the Project Manager.
- At the end of the workday, ensure your daily project logs and time is accurately recorded in the Construction Management platform for each project on which you worked that day.
- Responsible for maintaining company vehicles through daily routine maintenance checks and appearance of vehicles inside and out.
Requirements for our Laborer/Material Manager include:
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent
- ability to quickly move arms and legs.
- must have excellent stamina.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
