The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by diagnosing, repairing, and installing various appliances. This role involves a combination of technical expertise, customer service, and field service duties. **Duties:**
- Conduct assembly, installation, and repair of a wide range of appliances
- Perform field service visits to identify and resolve appliance issues promptly
- Utilize schematics and technical documentation to troubleshoot and fix appliance problems
- Carry out electrical and mechanical repairs on appliances efficiently
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or Appliance Technician
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Solid mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair appliances effectively
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics for troubleshooting purposes
- Field service experience is preferred
- Proficiency in electrical work related to appliance repair
- HVAC knowledge is advantageous
- Ability to assemble appliances according to specifications -
- Prior experience in equipment repair is beneficial
