Position Summary:
As an Auto Collision Prepper, you will be essential in preparing vehicles for painting and refinishing. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring efficiency and attention to detail to ensure that every vehicle meets our high standards before entering the paint booth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and assist in determining necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with technicians to remove and reinstall vehicle parts as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Some experience in auto body repair or as a prepper is required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
