This individual will provide critical financial insights and analytical support to help drive business decisions. The responsibilities will include financial analysis, reporting, forecasting and dashboard creation. The successful candidate will have a proven record of strong analytical thought process, attention to detail, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Perform cost center and profit center reporting and financial analysis for various functions
- Design and maintain financial dashboards utilizing business intelligence applications
- Create new or updating existing financial models and templates
- Analyze financial and business information from internal and external sources to identify underlying business drivers and trends to deliver improved profitability
- Develop, manage, and monitor key performance indicators
- Develop cross-functional partnerships with and effectively communicate financial information to partner teams
- Support financial period close process with assigned tasks
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis on month-over-month and year-over-year trends
- Analyze financial information and provide accurate and timely analysis to management
- Investigate and determine cause of variances and recommend corrective action to business partners
- Support ad hoc projects such as report design, data queries, dashboard creation
- Drive implementation of financial planning best practices
- Execute the company’s service center P&L system
- Assist with creating new or updating existing financial models and templates
Qualifications
This position will not only manage and oversee preparation of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, long term plans and related variance analyses, but also will provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparation of financial presentations, performing capital expenditure analysis, performing industry / peer group comparisons, and completing other projects.
