KCARC is seeking highly motivated individuals for our Employment Specialist role. This is a full-time position. Hours are primarily Monday – Friday, with occasional weekends/evenings required.
The Employment Specialist is responsible for the coordination and supervision of community employment services. This position works with local businesses to develop employment opportunities, and coordinate placement, training, and ongoing support as necessary to maintain individuals with disabilities in competitive employment.
