As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to further our mission. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Support employee relations and handle HR administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract top talent.
- Participate in sales initiatives to promote the company's employer brand.

This is a Full-time, onsite position.
Qualifications:

- Experience in HR, recruitment, or marketing is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
