What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)- 1 Yr Exp Rq Medication Set up position at KCare, LLC?
Our nurses take care of 1 to 2 clients at a time. The nurse will be expected to provide nursing care to the clients in the privacy of their own homes. There are 8 hour and 12 hour shifts available.
KCare, LLC was established in 2017 by a nurse who saw the need for help in the community. KCare, LLC is looking for LPN’s who are reliable, caring, and have integrity. KCare, LLC offers Health, Dental, Vision and 401K after 60 days of part time employment. Candidates must have active Nursing License, CPR Certified, and be able to pass background. We have both full time and part time positions, days and weekend option availble.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including catheterization, tube feeding, and patient assessment.
- Administer medications and IV infusions as prescribed while ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and document patient progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform basic life support and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.
