This is a contract position that requires the candidate to be onsite 5 days per week. The contract is slated to last 4 months.
- Primarily scan records at a high, reliable quality along with filing (paper and electronic) and preparation of paper records for archiving
- Communicate cross-functionally for required records
- Scan records to appropriate quality requirements
- Save scans to appropriate network location
- Verify scans for accurateness
- Clean MFP glass as needed
- Prepare records (paper) for archiving
- Maintain log of activities
- Communicate intra-departmentally for assistance and tasks prioritization
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Strong knowledge of scanning equipment
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft WORD, Excel, Outlook, and TEAMs
- Basic proficiency with Adobe Acrobat (professional versions)
- Understanding of data integrity
