We’re looking for a passionate and driven Account Manager to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity to work closely with government and nonprofit clients, fostering partnerships that fuel success for childcare providers and their businesses. What You’ll Do

  • Build Strong Client Relationships : Be the go-to expert and trusted partner for assigned government accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Drive Success : Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations, meeting and surpassing contractual commitments.
  • Fuel Account Growth : Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
  • Manage Renewals with Confidence : Proactively engage clients to secure timely contract renewals, ensuring seamless service transitions.
  • Maximize Revenue Streams : Strategize and implement innovative ways to monetize childcare provider accounts acquired through partnerships.
  • Solve Problems, Fast : Tackle client issues with speed and professionalism, always aligning solutions with business objectives.
  • Leverage Data for Insights : Analyze performance metrics to uncover trends, assess contract outcomes, and suggest impactful improvements.

What You Bring

  • 8 Years of Experience : Proven success in consulting, account management, or client relationship roles.
  • Revenue Expertise : A strong grasp of strategies to drive revenue growth, particularly in marketplace models.
  • Exceptional People Skills : Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills that build trust and inspire collaboration.
  • Project Management Prowess : An ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment without missing a beat.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : A track record of working seamlessly across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Analytical Thinking : A data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Education : A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
