!Job Description{{:}} As a Leasing Specialist with LIHTC experience, you will play a critical role in our property management team. You will be responsible for marketing and leasing our properties, conducting applicant screenings, ensuring compliance with LITCH regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.
