 Position Summary{​{:}} This is an exciting opportunity to join the team in a period of strategic growth as a Vice President Development.   KCG is looking for a self-driven individual with aspirations for personal growth and future advancement to perform the following{​{

entsEssential Duties and Responsibilities{

• {:}} Oversee the development activities of a property from the initial formation to a completed pr
o
• ject Lead the pre-development activities which include but not limited to, market and site selection, contract negotiations, zoning/rezoning, deal structure, underwriting, relationship building, management of internal and external partners
,
• etc Build and maintain a pipeline of 4% and 9% LIHTC pro
j
• ects Evaluate the financial feasibility.   Manage the project proforma analysis including budgets, schedule, timing and underwiring assump
t
• ions Evaluates and oversees the process of securing zoning and other local government entitlements required for develo
p
• ment Assemble and oversee the development team including the hiring and supervision of architects, engineers, development consultants, attorneys

• etc Work with local officials and work with community stakeholders to build support for your develop
m
• ents Analyze and understand State Qualified Allocation Plans in connection with the submission of applications for 4%/9% Low Income Housing Tax Cr
e
• dits Prepare and submit financing applications for the Low-Income Tax Credit, Bonds, HOME and various other finance applica
t
• ions Work with other departments to track milestone progress throughout the life cycle of each transa

• tion  Coordinate assignment of relevant work to various team members (construction, analysts, accounting, etc.) as needed to move the development fo
