What You'll Do :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and scheduled meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal operations teams, ensuring seamless communication and high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain professionalism, diplomacy, and tact to represent KCH Transportation positively.
  • Stay up to date on company services, industry procedures, and emerging trends through meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Track and report progress on new business opportunities to company leadership.
  • Keep CRM systems updated with prospect details, customer interactions, and sales pipeline progress.
