Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in sourcing and onboarding new carrier partners to expand our network.
- Support carrier relationship management by maintaining accurate records and communication.
- Help track shipments, monitor performance metrics, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize carrier capacity and service levels.
- Analyze carrier data and provide insights to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in resolving carrier-related issues, including tracking delays and compliance concerns.
- Learn and utilize transportation management systems (TMS) for carrier coordination
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Interest in freight brokerage, logistics, or supply chain operations is a plus.
