Warehouse Intern

Purpose: The Warehouse Intern will assist in maintaining organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, yard, and equipment. This role provides hands-on experience in logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations while supporting warehouse staff in daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with filling, loading, and delivering tools and materials to job sites
• Helping secure and move small construction equipment
• Cleaning and maintaining tools, trucks, and equipment as needed
• Organizing inventory and ensuring proper storage of materials
• Supporting warehouse and yard staff in daily operations
  
  

Qualifications/Experience

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and company procedures
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Previous experience in a warehouse or construction environment is a plus but not required

Physical Demands

• Work is performed in a warehouse, yard, or outdoor setting with varying weather conditions
• Exposure to loud environments at times
• Requires standing, walking, kneeling, crawling, climbing, stooping, and bending
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. periodically
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus
