Coordinate and conduct geotechnical field investigations, evaluations, analyses, and designs, including foundations, slopes, ground improvement, support of excavation (SOE), retaining walls, forensic studies, pavements, and dams.
• Perform pavement engineering evaluations and designs.
• Prepare comprehensive geotechnical engineering reports for a diverse range of projects, including transportation, buildings, environmental, tunnels, water/wastewater facilities, dams, landfills, and general civil engineering.
• Assist Senior Engineers with project budgets and technical deliverables.
• Oversee geotechnical deliverables, ensuring quality control/quality assurance, and prepare technical and price proposals.
• Communicate and interact effectively with both external and internal clients.
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers and staff.
• Provide geotechnical support during the construction phase of projects.
• Train in and perform non-destructive geophysical techniques.
• Undertake additional geotechnical-related tasks as required.
• Plan, organize, estimate, schedule, and monitor projects involving both overhead and underground engineering systems.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 - 4 years of design experience required.
• Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.
