Duties, Responsibilities & Other
KCI is hiring a Structural Engineering Intern to join our Building Structures team in Baltimore, MD.
- Assist in the structural design and analysis of engineering projects.
- Perform calculations and simulations using engineering design software.
- Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, reports, and documentation.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project development.
- Participate in site visits with other staff Engineers.
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions.
- Provide on-time delivery of delegated tasks with favorable feedback.
- Perform administrative or office management duties.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a college Engineering program.
- MicroStation or AutoCAD skills desired but not required.
- No experience required.
- Minimum GPA 3.0
- Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.
