Duties, Responsibilities & Other
KCI is seeking a motivated IT Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic IT environment. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing technical skills and gaining exposure to enterprise IT operations. The intern will work closely with IT professionals, supporting day-to-day operations and assisting with various IT projects.
Responsibilities
The IT Intern will assist the IT department by performing a range of technical and logistical tasks, including but not limited to :
- Imaging, configuring, and deploying laptops and other IT hardware.
- Installing and updating software applications as required.
- Receiving, organizing, and managing IT equipment inventory.
- Unboxing, staging, and preparing IT equipment for end-user distribution.
- Coordinating the shipping and tracking of IT equipment to remote users.
- Providing basic technical support and troubleshooting under supervision.
- Assisting with IT-related projects and other duties as assigned.
