Summary

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee the supply chain process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in logistics and inventory management. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will utilize your expertise in supply chain analytics and process improvement to optimize operations. Your leadership and relationship management skills will be essential in collaborating with KCKC team members. With a strong foundation in supply chain management and a bachelor's degree, you will drive strategic initiatives that enhance productivity and reduce costs, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Integrate/convert our current inventory methods and implemented barcode scanning and serialized system to current inventory software to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.

- Utilize warehouse capabilities to purchase and manage inventory volumes that serve our engineers and customers.

- Monitor and manage long lead-time inventory to ensure availability of equipment.

- Supply Chain Manager is expected to be heavily involved in the day-to-day operations of ordering, safety, sourcing, stock calculations of inventory, logistics, packaging, crating, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and general warehouse maintenance.

Supply Chain Processes & SOPs:

- Own, develop and continuously improve supply chain-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes to ensure compliance and operation efficiency.

- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance supply chain operations.

Vendor Relationships:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply and terms.

- Identify and manage single points of fault in the supply chain and inventory management.

Team Building & Leadership:

- Responsible for improving the supply chain team and support the growing needs of the company.

- Provide leadership and direction to the developing supply chain and ensure high performance and professional growth.

Cost Management:

- Develop and execute strategies to optimize procurement and inventory management costs with the direct oversight of key management members.

- Analyze and implement opportunities for cost savings that does not compromise quality and compliance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a least 2 years in a leadership role preferably within the healthcare manufacturing/MRI technology industry.

- Proven experience in inventory management and system implementation

- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software

- Proactively formulate activities, set directions and prioritize tasks with minimal management oversight.

- Strong people management skills

- Collaborate with other departments, including product/operations, sales and finance to understand all supply chain needs.

- Demonstrate willingness to help others and take on other duties if and when required to make KCKC Medical Group successful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Salary : $65,000 - $100,000
