Role Summary:
KCM Technical is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for supporting installations and service calls exclusively at client's customer sites, with a focus on mechanical build and start-up of machine tool equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, an in-depth knowledge of metric prints, and an understanding of assembly technology and/or metal cutting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and start-up new CNC machines to client specifications
- Read and follow mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical prints/drawings
- Respond to emergency calls from customers in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous CNC machining or machine building experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of metric prints
