Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance/Facilities Manager to join our team at KCM Technical.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and participating in the completion of various preventative and corrective maintenance tasks. This includes supervising maintenance personnel, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring all equipment is running efficiently and safely.
A strong understanding of industrial equipment, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems is essential. Additionally, experience with tooling identification, storage, and inventory management is necessary.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and basic math skills. Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is required, with a focus on injection molding machines.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $22.00-$25.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly, and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
