Our firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager or newly licensed Architect. Candidates that apply ought to have more than 8 years of experience, preferably licensed or on track to obtain a license. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on a variety of client project types and demonstrated ability to engage with clients and partners effectively and manage a project through all phases of design through construction documents and administration.
Qualified candidates should demonstrate the following skills/experience:
- Creative Thinking
- Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8 years of experience in an architectural office
- 4 years of project management experience
- Advanced capabilities in Revit is required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop is also desired
- Willingness to participate in a variety of functions of a small architectural office
- Desire to continue to build the firm, collaborate, demonstrate and share knowledge with advancing colleagues
- Organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience and desire to lead a wide variety of project types

Compensation offer will be commensurate with experience.
