Job Summary
- Hazard Community and Technical College invites applications for the position of temporary part time public safety officer. This position will patrol the campus to protect individuals and property, prevent crime, and monitor environmental hazards. This position will primarily be located on the Hazard Campus but may serve other HCTC campuses as needed.
Evening Shift: Days/Hours - Monday through Thursday 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Review of applications will begin 12-11-2024.
Job Duties:
- Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Evening patrol of campus buildings, parking lots and grounds.
Report activity to the safety office and/or to local police as needed.
Monitor and report environmental hazards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma plus 1-year related experience or equivalent.
